Privacy

Proletaria does not track candidates, collect applications, or sell visitor data. This page lists what the site does store or send, and to whom.

Local storage

Preferences you set here — theme (light/dark), and similar UI state — are saved in your browser’s localStorage. They stay on your device, are never sent to Proletaria’s servers, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for proletaria.io.

Account sign-in (Clerk)

Optional account features are handled by Clerk, a third-party authentication provider. If you create an account, Clerk processes the account data you provide (email, sign-in method) under its own privacy policy. Proletaria does not receive your password and does not use account sign-in for job-seeker tracking.

Cloudflare analytics

Aggregate, privacy-respecting page-view analytics are collected via Cloudflare, which does not use cookies or fingerprinting for this purpose. It reports traffic counts and trends, not individual visitor profiles.

What Proletaria doesn’t collect

  • No resumes, applications, or candidate data — postings link out to the employer.
  • No third-party ad trackers or ad-tech pixels.
  • No sale of visitor data to any third party.
