Health systems dominate postings: AdventHealth added 419 (4,099 active), Sutter Health added 169 (1,276 active). Merck cut hard, 82 added vs 280 removed, leaving 921 active. Registered nurse postings up 5.0% week over week to 4,891; software engineer leads volume at 6,594, up 0.8%.
